Punjab is the biggest province of Pakistan. Lahore is the heart of Pakistan. It is considered as a cultural, historical and economic hub of Pakistan. One of the most inspiring things about Punjabi food is its variety. The People in Punjab have the passion and crazy about to cook their food with ghee or butter. Sarso Da Saag

Chatti ki lssi

This is the unique dish in the area of Punjab. It has to be represent in a unique way to serve in earthen pot, clay pot or on steel huge glasses. It is made by blending the yogurt and milk for long time by wooden hand blender in a different traditional way.  It has to be Pride of the Punjab, the smooth creamy buttery drink just refreshed you in the summers to enjoy the feast of drink with zest. Siri Paye

Siri Paye is a very tasty dish. It is a famous dish all over Pakistanis but especially in Lahore. This dish is normally eaten in the breakfast with tandoori roti. There are different varieties of paye that can be found easily in the every restaurant of Pakistan as a Punjabi culture food of Pakistan. It is normally cooked on a low heat overnight to get the amazing flavor. The key ingredients of making this dish are the trotters of a cow, goat, buffalo or sheep with a variety of spices of animals.

Halwa Poori

 Halwa puri is a raditional mouthwatering breakfast of Pakistanis.  It has been known as the most favorite food from weekend point of view specially in Punjab. Most of people with their families and friends enjoyed the Sunday breakfast. Everyone can notice a long queue of people outside the Halva Poori shop. On the other hand Puri and channay are considered a full meal and had for lunch and dinner in various parts Pakistan.

Naan Chany /Murgh Chanay

Murgh chanay is a mouthwatering as well as most favorite dish of Punjab. It is a combination of chicken and Chanay which is good for health. It is usually prepared in ghee for good quality taste.  People can cook this dish in your home also. Murgh chanay is served with special tandoori naan to enjoy the taste of this yummy dish. Bhatory Chole

It’s a standard Punjabi culture food of Pakistan. It is a dish which can be served in most fast-food restaurants.  It is made with flour and milk rather than wheat flour, it’s variates from a poori. Basically it is s much larger than a poori, people cannot just eat one because get theb taste as whole. The soft, slightly fermented spicy food of Punjab. It can be eat in India also.

Curry and Pakory

Curry pakora is a popular Punjabi dish which likes the most. It is normally served with rice. It is very easy to prepare at home in affordable budget. The essential ingredients for curry are gram flour, yogurt, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, onion, salt, and oil. It is a light dish that is preferred in the summer season. People love this dish due the charm of pakoray cannot be regret at all.
