History of United Kingdom started with the Treaty of Union and Acts of Union in the early 17th century and the central of UE came into being existence by the union of Scotland and England into a state called Great Britain. London is the capital of UE.

In the history of United Kingdom evolution of English is quite interesting. Romans ruled the UE for about 200 years and they left Britain in 410AD.
